What can you use the lab for?

I go online to learn about health issues.

I look for government websites and other sources that I know I can trust.  My family eats a lot of fish, so I recently checked into mercury & fish.

I found a great brochure from the Dept. of Health listing fish with the least mercury (so safe to eat anytime), fish with the most mercury and lots of other tips.

I learned akule, awa (milkfish), moi, mullet, opelu, salmon, most fish that fit in a frying pan, whole ika (squid), tako (octopus), scallops and shrimp are all SAFE and have very low mercury levels.

Check it out online!
